The origins of the the World Meditation Alliance lie with two people: Tony Clarkson, founder and creator of the Sanctuary of Healing, a charitable complementary therapy and spiritual development centre situated at the exact heart of England in the county of Lancashire; and Michael G. Reccia, trance medium for the internationally-acclaimed ‘Joseph Communications’ series of books and videos.

For many years ‘the Sanctuary’ has been the spiritual home of the Communications, which are delivered by highly evolved, discarnate spokesperson Joseph and other members of his soul group: a vast collective of evolved spirits who once lived on earth and who are deeply concerned for the future of humanity and our planet if we continue along the furrow we are currently ploughing. The group’s messages and inspirations are regularly communicated via Michael’s mediumship.

Acutely aware, as a result of the wealth of insights and information delivered by Joseph over a decade-plus period, that humanity and the world are in urgent need of the spiritual Light-energy every human being is capable of generating, and that the re-establishment of a non-denominational spiritual perspective here is absolutely essential if our current global problems are to be resolved, Tony and Michael, heeding advice, guidance and input from the soul group, felt compelled to create the World Meditation Alliance, with its objective of bringing together souls from across the globe to regularly stream into our world what the spirit collective describes as ‘Angelic Intentions.’

At core, our planet and its peoples have a spiritual ‘higher purpose’ and consciousness…hidden, still accessible, but all-but-forgotten by humanity as society increasingly – and in many cases deliberately – rejects any notion of the existence of – and of any connection to – a Source-of-All …a ‘Divinity’. The ‘Angelic Intentions’ are regular directives channelled to us by the soul group from even higher vibrations – from an angelic level of reality – requesting that specific, powerful, higher vibrational, time-sensitive energies from that source be streamed into the earth and offered to humanity to stimulate and strengthen spiritual consciousness, heal the planet and nurture every precious expression of life it hosts.

Initially group meetings were held on Friday afternoons only, hosted by Tony at the Sanctuary. A Monday-night group in the United States, hosted by Mark, was then created, and additional UK meetings are now also offered on Tuesday evenings, making the weekly sessions accessible to all those who are unable to attend WMA Friday meetings due to daytime commitments.

Numbers of participants continue to grow, and it is the objective of the World Meditation Alliance to form further allied groups across the world, continually increasing the scope, power and effectiveness of the energies generated during the weekly meditations.

The Sanctuary Academy is a place of learning and personal development providing experiential learning, related to holistic health, through live and online training, with a view to becoming an accredited learning centre.

The Academy will provide training and education to those wishing to commence their holistic and spiritual development journey or hoping to enhance existing skills and knowledge for individual advancement. The Academy will have access to a whole wealth of knowledge on complimentary health and healing. 

Training courses, workshops and other related events including ‘away days’ and specific applied topics will be delivered by in-house staff and by trusted external trainers and colleagues. All training is delivered within the relaxing peaceful setting of the Sanctuary during allocated time slots on both evenings and weekends.

The ‘WMA’ is a global network of volunteer participants that unites in purpose once a week – from home or from any quiet location, via Zoom  and/or in person – to act as an ’energy conduit’ for an ongoing series of ‘Angelic Intentions’ or vibrational frequencies – that is to say, specific, positive inpourings of benevolent spiritual intent which, always accompanied by a precise explanation of their purpose and effect, originate from a higher, more enlightened expression of ‘reality’.

Acting in unison, during each meeting WMA members enter into a state of higher consciousness and become ‘vessels’ capable of receiving and decanting these high vibrations, which are streamed out, via them, to the earth and to all life here.

The future of humanity hangs in the balance. The decisions we make and the actions we take today are creating the tomorrows we will experience – for good or ill. With an eye to the world and society’s current and critical challenges, members of the World Meditation Alliance work with a sense of urgency to help usher in positive global change, to gently pull society back from the brink, and to encourage all souls to take actions and make decisions originating from the heart – from a point of spiritual consciousness and spiritual conscience as opposed to the deifying of materiality and supposed power that is at present causing such great problems and harm worldwide.

Following the receipt by email of a reminder/invitation to join that week’s meditation, at the arranged time members connect with their host, become still, set aside – step outside of – any personal preoccupations, and link to each other and to the Divine spark within their hearts. Next, members are gently put in touch with their spiritual consciousness by each meeting’s host; the definition and purpose of the current Angelic Intention is read aloud by their host, and then, in silence, members focus on that vibration with the intent, without judgement or bias, of making a lasting difference here by feeding the Earth, every soul here and all life on our planet with the nurturing energies each intention offers… energies which, when added to the field of human consciousness and the energy matrix of the Earth with dedication and selflessness, can and will restore harmony, peace, kindness, love and respect-for-all to our planet and to humanity.

It’s little wonder that so many people have been feeling helpless of late, wishing there was something practical they could do to help make the earth a better place. The World Meditation Alliance offers an opportunity to every soul to do that ‘something’… to actively participate and to join each week with like-minded souls and help transform this planet by turning the ‘better place’ so many of us feel our world should be from an unobtainable, nebulous dream into a living, breathing reality.
